Arc Angel Award - AT&T
AT&T has provided nearly two decades of support to individuals served by The Arc, and its stellar commitment to uplifting those with disabilities is demonstrated by the longtime former board services of Mr. Tom S. Brooks, Vice President of External and Legislative Affairs at AT&T. Joining the company in 1980, he held numerous key position that have placed AT&T as a leader in the industry. Mr. Brooks holds a History degree from University of New York at Stony Brook, and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
Lifetime Achievement Award - Mr. Fred R. Patterson
Fred Patterson, founding board member and retired executive of Johnson & Johnson, will receive the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award. Mr. Patterson passionately advocates for the prevention of disabilities, and safe housing, education and employment for those without a voice. His accomplishments include: The Arc of the US and J&J Partnership; NJ Governor's Award, Pride of NJ; and key founder of Safe Kids USA - just to name a few.
