  how we transmit those feelings both verbally and non-verbally. We will di
 scuss the importance of ‘Letting Go’ of our emotions and working towards a
  healthy life. Members are to bring $7 towards dinner. Receipts will be pr
 ovided. 6pm to 830pm at Camplain Road Day Program.\n\nBand of Brothers foc
 uses and enhances the challenges our male service recipients have on a dai
 ly basis and assists in the formation of friendships\, increases socializa
 tion\, and work life on a daily basis. Monthly meetings or outings\, which
  typically occur the last Wednesday of the month\, address life skills\, c
 ommunity challenges\, social bonding activities and group discussions. The
  program is open to all male persons served by The Arc. Transportation is 
 not provided.\n\nIn addition\, the group also schedules events in the comm
 unity\, such as bowling night\, library\, movie night\, and walks in the p
 ark. With any outside events or dinners\, there may be some costs for part
 icipation. All members and their residential programs/guardians are provid
 ed information ahead of time as well as receipts.
